Mountain Springs located in Frenchville, Maine, is a second generation family owned business in operation for more than thirty years. Established in the early 70's by Philip and Yvette Picard as what was primarily as fee fishing operation, is now operated by Gary and Jessica Picard, and has grown into Maine's largest privately owned brook trout hatchery.
